This is the worst Chinese take out I've ever ordered. The 山西炒刀削面 Stir-Fried Shanxi Knife-Cut Noodles (Dao Xiao Mian).. turned out to be the same as 牛肉拉面 traditional Hand-Pulled Beef Noodle Soup... The package is so bad. The noodles not even hand pulled as described. Would NOT recommend!
