best dumplings I've had in a long time or maybe the best 🫠🤤

The 蔬菜春卷 / Vegetable Spring Rolls had absolutely no flavor, when in the past they were fantastic. The wrapping on them was also a little different, kind of bubbly like an egg roll. The sweet and sour sauce was also oddly flavored. The 红油炒手 / Sichuan Pork Dumplings were tasty, a little stuck together though but that is somewhat expected with delivery. Sauce came on the side which was nice. It was more salt forward and didn't have any heat like I was expecting. One very off putting thing was the dumpling container had pieces of romaine lettuce inside. Clearly this was for plating purposes but when in a package, covered, it became soggy and sad. Could have done without that being on my food! Portions were fair for the price. I would maybe order again, but only if there were discounts.

Their food is usually really good, but for some reason, this order was not really good at all. If I were at the restaurant, I would've sent it back. The rice was very dry. The Kung pow had chicken and shrimp in it when I only ordered chicken. And the Kung Pao sauce didn't have enough flavor. It's almost like they have a new chef, but for this kind of money, I was very dissatisfied.

锅贴 or 蒸饺 / Pan-Fried or Steamed Pork Dumplings - mushy. dough disintegrated.
egg 春卷 / Egg Rolls - cabbage was very undercooked.
usually you are awesome, so was really surprised by quality of food today.

The dumplings were undercooked and the crab Rangoon was old and dried up inside. For the cost of Bo Lings I expect better. This was very disappointing. We won't be ordering again.
