This was my first time eating at El Pollo Loco. I thought everything was super tasty. I mostly ordered it because I was craving chicken. The chicken was really well cooked and season. I thought I'd leave a review just because I had such a great experience and there's so many negative reviews.

Gave me old chicken, probably from the night before. It wasn't fresh at all. Also burned.

The taco bowl was super broken, and everything was falling through the bowl. The shell itself also had a weird/off taste to it. Usually, it doesn't happen with them, so today may have been an off day. Crunchy Chicken Tacos were good as always.

missing burrito. bags not tamper resistant. food tastes mid. too expensive for what you get. probably won't order here again.
