This store is highly inconsistent. A few months ago ordered fried chicken and it was delicious. The last two orders from here it was clear the chicken had been sitting under the heat lamp too long and was extremely dry. Also some pieces are small and some are larger. Smaller pieces are so dry they are almost inedible. Would not order again from here.

Chicken was crispy but very dry. Perhaps it was prepared hours before. Potatoes and gravy were the same as KFC. The Honey Biscuit was flat and greasy (maybe deep fried??) and sickly sweet - One bite and it went directly into the green barrel. Regret there is no longer a KFC in Walnut Creek! Or better yet a place that offers real BROASTED CHICKEN!

The biscuit was hard as a brick and the chicken was dry. Mashed potatoes were fine.
