Best comfort food! This is black beans and rice covered in queso sauce, delicious squash casserole, sounds simple and it is mmmarvelous! Not seen is steamed spinach, my usual side and last but not least, a soft, warm (not sweet) cornbread muffin.

Food was fresh, hot and super delicous. The Chicken on Rice Jaco with 2 Veggie Plates has been my favorite for many of years. The Mac and cheese is spicy but sooo good. Baked beans are some of my fav. The Chips & Queso came with lotsof chips, hot and crispy. Chips & Queso has tomatoes and jalapeños.

The Friday Only - BBQ Meatloaf paired with the garlicky potatoes, collard greens, complimentary corn bread, and a peanut butter cookie is a must try! Delicious, satisfying and it hits every spot! Comfort food that will last you all day and provide the energy for a great workout before going home to start your weekend!

This is my favorite restaurant in Charlotte. Never a problem. Off night tonight.
My 1/4 chicken was essentially two chicken wings.
Chicken con queso had no flavor.
Just FYI. I'm sure it was a one-time thing.
Apologies if we ordered too late in the evening.
