Have had a wonderful experience ordering from Bagel House lately. I'm disabled and not able to drive, so DoorDash is a bit of a lifeline for me. Due to that, I get very frustrated when things go wrong with my orders, because I'm not able to just drive and get it fixed; I have to place a new order and pay extra to get the items I was supposed to get in the first place, or pick a different item that I don't really want, because DoorDash doesn't let you cancel the order even if what you've ordered is out of stock. A few months ago, several times when I'd ordered the specific bagel I liked, after I placed and paid for the order, I would get a notification that the item I ordered was out of stock and had to pick something else. I left a google review venting my frustration, and I'm not sure if that made any difference or they've just increased the supply of bagels they make every morning due to increased demand, but lately I've gotten the bagel I wanted every single time. I'm very happy with the improvement, and I updated my google review as well. The cinnamon crunch and honey walnut Bagel & Shmear is my go-to item, and my boyfriend & I love the 24 oz Shaken Brown Sugar Iced Latte :) Bagel House has quickly become one of my absolute favorite places to order breakfast, and I tell my friends & family about it as well. A local gem :)

Bagel House breakfast Sausage, Egg, n' Cheese (or all of them) sandwiches are the best!! And their 24 oz Iced Match Tea Latte is soooo good! The ingredients are great and taste homemade at the same time.

The Bengals were cold and not pre cut even though they were delivered to a business. And to pay almost $3 for that tiny little cup of cream cheese, that was ridiculous. Everything tasted amazing. Just poor presentation. The employees of Jerry Seiner have ordered from here before and never had an issue. Disappointed.

I have ordered from this bagel spot four times, and it's never consistent. If you're looking for Einstein Bagel, keep driving until you reach Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, etc... The salmon is never fresh. The bagels are decent only before 11 am. They tend to run out of ingredients/products after 12 pm. I have attempted to give more chances than I should because Casa Grande does not have an Einstein. I'm just hoping they will get better!

Food was really good & I love the Iced Matcha Tea Latte. If you can add a toasted/untoasted option for the bagel sandwiches I would order every week.
