• 3/22/26Seriously, you guys need to change your oil for frying donuts! These don't taste like the Shipley's I know from Donelson or Hendersonville. There's a strange taste, almost like burnt oil.

• 4/7/26The Create Your Own Donut Box that I got did not include my selections. They were substituted with random things that I had not ordered. Further, several of the iced donuts looked old like when icing sits too long. This was very disappointing because typically I love Shipleys .
