The food was great , but the vegan rolled tacos were quite spicy. Huge portions, quality dishes, and lots of vegan options!

I've ordered the nachos azule several times and this time they made them differently. There were about 6 chips buried underneath all the sauce and beans. So the chips were so soggy and impossible to eat even with a fork. If they're unable to keep the same quality then I won't risk wasting $20 again.

Portions are smaller than before. I got the Queso Meso and there were very little chips included. The queso itself was cold and not very good. I also got two stale tortillas on the side of my El Healthy bowl. It's sad because Ranchos used to be good. Now it's sub par with smaller portions, at higher prices.

I've been ordering the Chilaquiles verde vegan carne style almost daily for a week+, without fail one of the most delicious items on the menu, comes with a side of refried beans. Their salsa has a nice spiceyness to it. Consistent and a good portion, I wasn't as big of a fan of the Vegan Rolled Tacos but the presentation was nice and they were a nice size for a snack. Everything was fresh, arrived fast, going to order again after posting this

My bean Vegan Guadalajara Tostada only had the thinnest layer of beans in it and that was the only protein. My side of rice was bland and unseasoned. Rancho's is totally inconsistent & I'm hesitant to order from there again.
