First time trying for lunch today. I chose the Sweet Chilli Bourbon Street Salmon Bites, Red Beans, Beignets . Amazing flavor and so delicious. I will definitely order again.

Super mid. Under seasoned but extra spiced. Plain white rice with green onions the fish was hidden under and I had 2 droplets of red beans in a sea of rice. For $50

The boudin balls were a huge letdown. The meat inside was extremely mushy, with no real texture at all. I was expecting a nice cheesy pull in the center, but there was none. On top of that, the sauce they served with it was downright disgusting and did nothing to help the flavor. Honestly, the whole dish tasted off and was not worth the price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend ordering these.

The gumbo is perfect you want something bland this ain't it!!! lol flavorful and packed.
The catfish and shrimp with dirty rice and creole sauce was tasty and very seasoned. Mix the sauce in the rice a lil bit before the first bite or it might seem salty cause I'm seasoning was sprinkled on top of the meal.
Swamp juice was tasty I just wish was a bigger size lol
