My drink was made perfectly and tasted delicious. Always order this drink and they never fail me. Espresso is always brewed fresh. I love Starbucks and will always recommend this coffee chain.

Ordered Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino® Blended Beverage and it is usually good, when I've ordered previously. However, this time it was almost completely frozen. Even the whipped cream, I could barely drink through the straw. There was barely any flavor. It tasted like a water slushee. It seems like it was made in a rushed manner.

Everything in my order was delicious besides my coffee, I added extra white chocolate mocha sauce and the coffee was bitter. It's just a little frustrating when extra sauce cost a dollar.
