I ordered a Salmon Poke Bowl with extra protein, it was delicious. It was fresh and the portions were great. Would definitely come back for another bowl.

First time ordering from Hyshinu Ramen and it went well - Chicken Ramen Bowl was fresh, good amount of chicken and just enough spice to go with the noodles and everything else.
Chicken Rice Bowl had a good amount of crispy teriyaki chicken.
Crunchy Roll was fresh and hit the spot with everything else.

Great Ramen place here in east county. Ordered the beef short-rib ramen, pork ramen, 1/2 ahi 1/2 salmon poke bowl. The portions are generous and they offer smaller if you ask. Very fresh and flavorful, would absolutely order from Hyshinu again. I happen to get mine with extra broth.

The rice in the shrimp tempura bowl is beyond amazing! I don't know exactly what they do to it, but is is so delicious! Green onions and slivers of cabbage gave it a little crunch! So yummy! The shrimp was, as always, delicious too.
The chicken ramen bowl is great too. We got the regular pork broth. The chicken is teriyaki flavored and pairs well with the broth and noodles. Everything is fresh and flavorful.
Try this place. You won't be disappointed.
