• 1/1/26Worst Reuben I have ever had. Flavorless. The 2 burgers were said to be sub-par but not horrible and Ok. Fries were room temp and had little flavor. Ordered a $15 Cobb salad and it was basically lettuce. There was no meat on the salad. See pic of salad. Ordered a drink with the Jr cheeseburger and that was not included either. Door Dash delivery was fast though.

• 3/1/26Grilled Shrimp tasted fresh and flavorful, the cuban is always a hit and customizations to it were correct. We ordered direct delivery and everything was still hot.

• 1 day agoThe 10 Roasted Wings didn't taste fresh this time. The Spinach Dip with the chips - the chips didn't taste fresh either and were not as crispy as usual. They tasted warmed over and like they were refrigerated the night before. I eat here often and always give great reviews, but the wings weren't their usual standard of flavor and freshness. I hate wasting money and had to throw them in the trash. I may have to take a break from ordering here. I understand bad days but I loved this restaurant because I know they will be consistent and money won't be wasted. The cuban and green beans were ok.

• 4/14/26I ordered the pot roast sandwich for pickup and they packaged the meat and gravy separate so the sandwich wouldn't be soggy when I got to my hotel. Way to go above & beyond to ensure the quality even for to-go orders
