I'm obsessed with this place I've gotten the Bun Cha, Pho, and the pork and rice thing and it blows me away every time.

The meat and the chicken were very over cooked. We were do hungry and threw it out.
The broth was delicious so we just drank the broth. The bean sprouts and the basil leaves were fresh.
It was too bad the meat was so chewy

Flavors have been modified a little bit because of customer base and availability of ingredients. For example, grilled pork for the (89) Banh Xeo's filling is not traditional. However, the dishes are still flavorful and tasty.
