• 1 day agoOrdered the Hakata Tonkotsu DX, and the kitchen’s preparation and attention to packaging were outstanding. The rich, slow-simmered tonkotsu broth was sealed securely in a heavy-duty container completely separated from the noodles and toppings, preventing any leaks or unwanted moisture absorption. The ingredient quality was evident in every component, featuring three thick, tender slices of chashu pork that pulled apart effortlessly and a seasoned soft-boiled egg with a rich, jammy center. The thin Hakata-style noodles retained their springy texture, and packing the three nori seaweed sheets separately kept them crisp and ready to fold into the soup. Everything was assembled with care, providing a well-proportioned, authentic ramen experience that held up cleanly from the kitchen to the counter. It reflects excellent standards for specialty takeout, and I will definitely be ordering from here again.

• 8/26/25Ramen perfectly cooked. Meat tasty but we've tasted better. Broth is very tasty but also so salty. For those craving salty food, the ramen would have a 4+ rating. Chicken Karaage may be better to be eaten at restaurant than for togo.

• 5/21/26Noodles were like $0.99 smack ramen, and the "Pork Belly"(?!) was a 3 inch slice of thick bacon. Unreal I paid $20 for this

• 12/11/25I got the chicken ramen via door dash and the noodles, broth, egg were excellent. However I was disappointed by the two small pieces of chicken that came with the meal. Not sure if it's worth the $18.

• 10/5/26I'm sure it's great ramen but it wasn't for me. The Hakata Tonkotsu broth was VERY pork forward which I wasn't into. The tan tan meat and chasu were alright. Nice portion size/freshness. I wanted some ramen and since my regular place was closed, I tried this place. I probably won't order again. But again this might be a great ramen to others!
