The CHICKEN TENDER SALAD was so good! Loved the portion for the price. Dipped the chicken tenders in mild sauce for extra flavor. Would definitely order it again.

I was so disappointed with the peach cobbler. The first time I ordered the peach cobbler it was so delicious full of peaches, juicy, not to much cobbler dough slightly sweet just perfect. This time I ordered a larger for my friends to taste it was awful. It mainly cobbler dough, sweet sugary crust and a few dashes of peaches.

Tenders were dry, barely any buffalo sauce. Fries WAY undercooked and only gave us literally a small handful of fries with a 10 tender meal (over $20). Also paid for 5 additional blue cheese, only received 3 for a 10 PC tender meal (last I ordered 10 tenders, we received 4 with no add'l cost.). EXTREMELY disappointed with the last 3 times we ordered at this Shanes. Not sure if we'll come back to this location.

the hot honey buffalo sauce was awful. pretty sure they misread my order and gave me hot honey bbq sauce. i normally love their baked beans but this time they were awful. the mac and cheese was worse. the brunswick stew was extremely soupy and watery ... very disappointed with my entire order that cost me $25. they also didn't give me the extra bleu cheese that they charge me 45 cent for. and provided no utensils or napkins. the original shack is so much better. i don't care that it's can extra 15 min drive from me. will never order from this store again.

RIB PLATE with OKRA had to be cooked more. Coleslaw is missing from order. PEACH COBBLER was not cooked thoroughly and very doughy. Fries FRENCH FRIES were stale and bland. Usually the quality of food is food.
