The milkshake was small for the price. Portillo’s is twice the size in a less price. The fries were mushy and terrible. The gyros was sitting on the spit way too long and was crusty.

I had the Rib Tip Rib Tip Dinner Special. When I opened the package I could tell something was off. The smell was not good. Honestly, it smelled like mold. I tried it anyways and it tasted the way it smelled. It was terrible. I think the meat was spoiled or the sauce was moldy, something. I've had good food from here, so I'm very surprised. I will order again but NO rib tips or ribs. Maybe no pork at all.

Packaging was Styrofoam, which melted into both my 1/2 Lb Cheeseburger + Small Fries and Chicken Tenders Basket. Had to remove top bun and throw out several tenders that the lids melted into. Food was very good, but having to avoid eating plastic is not a good experience. Drink also didn't get sent.

Gyros Plate tasted old like burnt shoe.Mozzarella Sticks have absolutely no flavor. salad has yellow lettuce. So disappointing. Fries taste hours old
