• 2/11/26Mestizo Mexican Co is an excellent hidden gem,I wish I had found it sooner.
I ordered 2 Birria Burgers with fries and the Carne Asada Fries.
The Burgers were above average size,the bread was fresh and soft. They don't skimp on the toppings and it was beautifully cooked and put together. There was a generous amount of Flavorful and tender Birria meat on the burger. If you are a meat eater,you would love this burger.
It's the kind of food you keep thinking about,again and again.
The Carne Asada Fries were excellent as well,a good sized amount and it was enough for 2 people with a little left over. Generous toppings here as well,one of the best loaded fries available out there.
Doesn't happen often in life,but when I get an amazing meal,I don't forget it and I will be ordering again soon.
The irony is that I got an excellent Burger & Fries at a local Mexican restaurant,who would even think it's possible. Better than a lot of top tier burger places I have had.
Everything was presented neat and clean with no leaks or messes to deal with which is a big deal for me. I REALLY appreciate the cleanliness and neatness that was given to the preparation and boxing of my food
Can't wait to order again. Looking forward to trying other items.

• 9/11/25Steak Chimi the steak was tough and chewy, very little beans in the Beans & Rice. Habanero Hot Sauce was not good nor hot as usual. Don't think I'll be ordering from here again. Not worth the price at all.

• 8/22/26I was expecting a burrito not half a soup. it smells great and probably taste good but I don't want to eat I like this I lost my money on this and I'm not trying to be rude but it's the truth.

• 7/17/25The Steak Chimi was real good but needed some heat. I wish they had a spicy verde or salsa to offer. That would take their food to a 5 for me.
