10/10. flavor in everything is really good. and you definitely get enough food, they dont skimp. this is just as good if not better than bbq places ive tried in houston. crazy that bbq this good is in hobbs new mexico

Decent flavor but not a lot of food for the price. Idk if they give smaller portions for online orders but I got maybe a spoon of pulled pork and 1 singular rib. The Mac was great though.

brisket was dry. ham salty, for the price little bit of meat,ribs not tender. normally the food is better.

I'll start off with the taste of the food, most of the food was very good in my Three Meat Dinner with Brisket or Ribs. However I only got to try 2 meats as my chopped brisket never came with my order. The corn was meh, the baked beans however are amazing.
The Macaroni Salad tastes like nothing else other than mayonnaise.
And I couldn't even eat the Fresh Baked Cobbler. I got the blackberry cobbler and I don't know if it was old or left out or what. But it was NASTY and tasted like it was fermenting. It even smells like a fruity wine.
I may order the beans again, but I doubt I'd order anything else. The beans are the only reason it got 2 stars instead of 1.

Mac and cheese was overcooked, but everything else was good. The only restaurant in Hobbs so far that didn't expect me to eat everything with my hands and sent a fork, so kudos for that.
