The Medium Soft-Serve Shake (16oz) banana shake never fails! It's so yummy! First time ordering the Brownie Sundae and it wasn't bad- I'll def order it again!

So far I only got to try the brownie batter and it's really good I ordered Quart Ice Cream (32oz) thinking it would be in like a regular ice cream box but it came in a huge cup which is fine.. but the ice cream is really soft with a great taste! Love it

I found this ice cream store last year. Thank god I did.. I love their ice Medium Ice Cream (8oz I got cake batter and my g mom had chocolate which she enjoyed. My son on the other hand got the blue Cookie Monster ice cream.. he disliked it bc the cookie dough pieces in it. Last year there was no cookie dough pieces so I decided to try it and it was horrible :( it was good good last year. I hope you guys go back to the original

I’ve been a frequent customer for a long time, and my order is basically the same every time. Lately, though, the quality has dropped so noticeably that I feel compelled to say something. My recent orders have had less and less actual ice cream and far more cheap fillers. For example, the base of my Banana Pudding Sundae has turned into a pile of vanilla waffles and chocolate-covered pretzels, with maybe one—two if I’m lucky—tiny scoops of banana pudding ice cream buried under even more fillers.
On top of that, I’ve ordered this item enough times to know exactly when marshmallow fluff has been added. I always check “no marshmallow fluff” because I don’t like it and it completely changes the texture of the ice cream. Yet my last several orders have clearly contained marshmallow fluff anyway.
Why is this happening? It’s frustrating, disappointing, and honestly makes me question whether the shop is paying attention to its own orders or simply cutting corners. I expect better—especially as a loyal customer.
