The spring rolls were really good just very small for the price but even the peanut sauce 10 out of 10

Wanted to give this place another try despite the small portion last time. Still very small portion of meat, broth, and toppings. Worse the fatty brisket was inedible, it was so chewy. I even tried to chew the meat from the rubbery fat and it was so hard I couldn't eat any of it. The broth here is good but the quality of the other ingredients is lacking. The bean sprouts are old and the basil they provided had 5 tiny leaves. For the price it's not worth it.

I ordered the beef short ribs pho and the portions size was small for it to be priced at $21. I received two beef ribs but there was hardly any meat on it. The flavor was good but the portion size wasn't worth the money. I would only order again at 50% off and would not order the short ribs pho again.

Very disappointing. Bahn Mi bread was stale with dry meat. The eggrolls, shrimp and fries tasted like they were refried after sitting so long. Didn't get to bite into the spring rolls because we were disappointed by everything else.

The pho was pretty tasty, it was more than enough for my son and I. Everything seemed very fresh. Next time I crave Pho, I'll probably order from here again. It was delivered very promptly as well. Since my meat was rare when it arrived, I personally heated the broth up for myself before putting it in with the meat and noodles to ensure it fully cooked.
