This is the 1st time trying Steak and Shake! The Original Double Steakburger with Cheese Combo was delicious, fresh, non greasy and most importantly well-done! The fries were fresh and crispy ...they were delicious light flavor, and non greasy! I was pleasantly surprised; so refreshing for those of us who cannot eat/ dislike other fast food chains! Excellent!

I haven't ordered from here in a while because I've been so disappointed. However, whoever is working tonight was on point. Everything was perfect. The Original Double Steakburger with Cheese Combo with large fries and a side of cheese sauce was perfect! Completely followed my instructions. Great job!

My grilled cheese was on rye which was definitely a strange surprise substitute for sourdough. The sandwich itself was not grilled enough, the cheese was not all the way melted and bread was not toasted. The fries were undercooked as well.

The burgers were nasty..the whipped cream tasted like wax. The tatter tots were good. They use sliced pickles that taste like garlic.
