Good food, but put NO ONIONS on my DoorDash order and the Street Tacos (3) had onions all over them. I would probably just go inside and order next time because the food was good, just not what I ordered exactly. Big portion of meat on the tacos!

I enjoy authentic Mexican food and decided to try Pancho's Grill and was intrigued. The food looked good and the reviews were decent. The 8oz Cheese Dip was extremely soupy or a water downed consistency, which I'm a fan of thick textured queso not watery. The chips that came with the cheese were broken pieces and the bag wasn't even full to accommodate the amount of cheese dip I'd ordered. William Special was decent, but didn't meet standards of what I'm accustomed to having when eating authentic Mexican cuisine. William Special had a mild flavor profile and very little ingredients to make the dish standout. I was expecting lots of grilled onions & peppers, cheese, and a flavorful protein "the grill chicken" to blow me away; however, I was left disappointed, yet it wasn't the worst dish ordered. Street Tacos (3) by far were the worst tacos I've ever had. The food presentation was lackluster and the taste was a bland and soggy mess. I'm unsure about a second time.
