• 7/31/26This is my go-to lunch /dinner when I really need an iron boost-lamb, spinach, salad (i add a little lemon zest to the salad) ... for me, this is two meals and a half in one!! I am always dieting and doing cardio and strength training so I want something that is well-rounded and filling on my "cheat day."
