Wow! One of my favorite lunch options at bistro type restaurants has always been a French Dip. Quesabirria is like the mexican variant of that- crispy tortillas stuffed with melted cheese and slow cooked meat, with a side of consommé for dipping, or hear me out, consommé for sipping. I definitely finished off the cup after my meal. Chefs kiss!

I have had several menu items from Tacos Monterrey, both in person and through DoorDash. My favorites are the carne asada fries burrito and the quesabirria plate, but everything has been good!
