Food tastes amazing but they're inconsistent with Dubai heaven. First time I ordered, it had a lot of everything: chocolate, ice cream, strawberries... it was good for two people. Second time I ordered and it came out a disappointment that it didn't look like the photo they put here as advertised. I probably got only 1 1/2 strawberries cut into small pieces, one spiral of chocolate and pistachio cream, and 2 scoops of ice cream, making the value for it not good/too expensive. Maybe I just ordered the wrong time and got the wrong person.

Please put the lettuce in a separate bag or container so it doesn't make the torta soggy. My torta arrived on top of a bed of lettuce, and the lettuce was wet, which caused the bottom part of my torta to fall apart. Unless these issues are fixed, I would not order again. The flavor was good, but the sandwich was a mess. Although I will say the Paleta's and juices are always fresh and good. I still really like this place but there's always room for improvement.

Order was packaged perfectly and looked just like the picture great taste and love the effort they put into the Dubai Heaven Ice cream Sundae presentation and the Machito was amazing definitely going to order again soon
