My only complaint is the amount of bbq sauce for a FULL BRISKET meal is laughable. Brisket was great. Loved the seasoning on the HALF RIBS but no bbq sauce and could have been a bit more tender. They were fall off the bone when reheated. Loved the mashed potatoes.
