• 5/11/26Risotto a La Huancaina Con Lomo is delicious. The way that I can describe it is like a runny egg omelet mashed with some delicious grilled meat and onions. There is a difference between Peruvian Empanadas against the Mexican ones. They are delicious as well with having more cheese in them. My favorite is their Maracuya drink. It might not be everyone's cup of tea but it's get a good amount of bitterness that's balance from the sweetness of other fruits. The only downside is how expensive everything is but I say it's worth it to experience a different culture that's not seen too often.
