1st time customer and theyre 10x better ten subway and JJ... the sub had fresh flavor witha nice portion amount.i would highly recommend this place if you never had a firehouse sub. they are 🔥Hook & Ladder® Italian™

the Thanksgiving Sub is an absolute delicacy. like genuinely what dreams are made of. the large sandwich could easily feed 2-3 people. fresh both times i've ordered.
the stuffing is a touch salty. nothing too bad.

Steak was a weird light gray color. Portions are extremely small for the price. Cant follow directions and was missing things I requested. Bad quality overall. Go to jersey mikes instead. Better portions, better quality, and better taste at Jersey Mikes.

Very impressed. Turkey Sub was perfect, and I swear the Mac&Cheese is the best I've ever had!! 12/10, definitely recommend!!

Fresh and delightfully tasty ingredients. The tomatoes on the Italian were very juicy, and the bread was soft and obviously fresh baked that day. The sauces had a good flavor as well, and the balance of ingredients showed that the staff made the sandwich with care. I would happily order here again!
