What an outstanding meal! I had the three-piece dark meat special with macaroni and cheese, tomato and cucumber salad, a fresh roll, and peach cobbler.
The chicken was delicious, tender, and juicy, with that great rotisserie flavor. The macaroni and cheese was off the hook, and the fresh roll was a perfect addition to the meal.
I also ordered a side of brisket and was pleasantly surprised by how moist and flavorful it was. It tasted fresh and was far from dry.
Cowboy Chicken is definitely worth a visit. If you haven’t tried it, give it a chance—you’ll be glad you did!

• 1/12/25The ranchero beans taste off. The chicken was way overly salted and the meat was overdone and chewy. The unsweetened tea is good.

• 10/9/22The chicken was good as it always is. The broccoli had good flavor but in the past it was a bit more "roasted." The green beans were cold and very bland, not seasoned at all. CC is hit or miss and this time it was more of a miss for me.

• 4/22/22ordered all white meat for 1 dollar more and got just a small breast with wing. Didn't feel like much food for the cost.

• 7/10/22The brisket and chicken was so delicious and tender the cucumber and watermelon salad was the best thing now I gotta make some for home cowboy chicken never fails me once since they've first open
