I got the crispy carne asada tacos. This is my second time trying them and they are unreal. Tempted to get them once a week. The portion of the carne asada was perfect and worth the upcharge. The steak is fresh, tender, perfectly seasoned and flavorful. I also love the salt flakes that are lightly dusted on the crispy tortillas.

BurritoQuesadilla Had the fried avocado burrito smothered in queso and quesadilla with biztech (?). Phenomenal food, loved all the loaded veggies in the burrito. Best Mexican I've had in Maine thus far. Little pricey but worth the money (plus its Portland everything is expensive).

Everything tasted like it was freshly made to order!
The quesadillas were perfectly crunchy and cheesy!
The churros taste like funnel cake but with flavor! Fantastic crunch!
The rice was a nice palette cleanser! I loved the inside off the shrimp puffy taco. I was not a fan of the outer layer, but that doesn't mean it was bad, it just wasn't my favorite. Still 5/5 stars! I'm amazed that everything stayed crispy even after delivery! I love it!

The carne asada crispy tacos were unbelievable. Despite picking them up about 10 minutes after them being ready--by the time I got home (about 15 minutes later) they were still nice and warm, packaged with foil and a box in a sturdy paper bag with plenty of napkins, they were still crispy and delicious. If you're someone who likes your food when it's at peak freshness these will still be a great choice for you and not get soggy/lose flavor fast. The shells were perfectly cooked and not burnt but also not flimsy. They were dust with kosher like salt flakes which made all the difference in amplifying the flavors without them becoming overly salty. The carne asada was unreal and perfectly tender. The meat was clearly marinated for a while and had excellent flavor and moisture. Honestly worth the up charge for this protein selection. I was shook since I know ordering food for takeout especially later on at night can affect food quality but I was super impressed. Aside from taqueria 207 I would say these are some of the best around and it's awesome that they serve food until they close for takeout and for guests inside. The rice wasn't great and the portion was quite small for the price but regardless the tacos were worth the money and executed perfectly with a nice balance of protein and veggies. The lime was also fresh and a good size. I loved these so much. The staff was also very accommodating and kind! I will definitely be ordering again soon. Been thinking about these all day!

Quesadilla had almost no cheese and had a bunch of pickled peppers etc that made it soggy and tasted weird and wasn't marked on the menu. But the main issue was no cheese
