This was a phenomenal half cheese and half pepperoni pizza with a Sicilian Cannoli. Completely blown away of the flavor!

As a northerner who is looking for as close to authentic New York style pizza as possible I am happy to find that Cousins fits the bill.
Both of their regular and Detroit style pie were fresh, flavorful, and well portioned.
This is a place we will be ordering from again and again.

I know they are trying, but the quality of crust and cheese is really lacking,and even though new haven is thin crust, it's not like a cracker like this, and it has flavor It's supposed to be slightly charred yes, but it should still be tender, the cheese melts differently, its more luscious, not dry like this. Hard to explain unless you've had CT pizza. Its not close to NY or CT.
Its tasty, the owners and staff are to die for, AMAZING, I will definitely still be going to their businesses and eating their other food, and maybe even pizza sometimes, but I wanted to be honest for those CT / NY folks like me.

BYO pizza was exactly as ordered. Carrot Cake was VERY sweet, not that it's a bad thing, I loved it.

So good! We did red sauce, meatball, basil and ricotta. Didn't feel bloated or gross after either! Good ingredients!
