Having lived in SC for years I grew to love Carolina BBQ. I thought this Pulled Pork Sandwich was pretty good. although the coleslaw should be creamier to put on top of the sandwich. I wish they would have had hash but oh well. portion size was good. it was good all the way around. I'd try it again.

I’m sorry to say this because I used to love this place, but my recent order was really disappointing. One of my favorite items, the cornbread soufflé, wasn’t available, which was a letdown right from the start. Instead, I ordered the sampler appetizer and the BBQ sampler for one.
The Texas Lollipops were very dry and nothing special. I was excited to try the mac and cheese egg rolls, but they were soggy rather than crispy and tasted like they came straight from the freezer. They also had a strange flavor that I didn’t enjoy at all.
The potato skins were okay, and the onion rings were decent but could have been crispier. The fries were just average. For a place like this, I expected fresh-cut fries, but these definitely didn’t seem fresh.
The biggest disappointment was the BBQ. The ribs were extremely overcooked, dry, and barely had any sauce on them. The brisket was okay, and the fried chicken was okay, but neither stood out.
Overall, this place has definitely gone downhill since the last time I visited years ago. There is a lot of room for improvement. I’m thankful I got a deal on this order because I would have been extremely disappointed if I had paid full price.

The meat is good but the sides not like in new city the mashed potato is like dried not like in new city is good the roasted beans they put a lot of seasoning and its not the same in new city the fried chicken burned

Took a little wait for the food to be ready but nothing worrisome. Everything was great. 1/2 Fried Chicken and fries were still crispy and hot. Would definitely order from here again. Also loveeee the Apple Butter BBQ it's delicious

We order from Bailey's often -- on this and another account. Personal favs so far are: Classic Potato Skins, Pulled Pork Sandwich, sweet potato fries and I love the Corn Soufflé!
