Absolutely the BEST pizza in South Ft Myers. Too many places overthink it. Have you watched the movie "100 Feet To Perfection "? There's a scene where the owner asks a potential chef to make her an omelette. He way overthinks it. It is and it is not an easy thing to make. My point is pizza! With the correct ingredients ( San Marzano Tomatoes-Real high quality Wisconsin cheese - the crunchy crust marrying everything together) and the right person to make it .... Simply Perfect!
You got about a year or so before that new hospital opens to get in there. That's when I predict Fats to blow up and it's not the Six Mile Cypress best kept secret anymore! Anyway, I love the pizza, the Sunday gravy and meatballs, I can't remember everything I've eaten there but I've never had a complaint.
Staff is tremendous as well they're a reflection of Marie and her husband demeanor. Just great people!

The absolute best pizza I've ever had. The S - The Spicy Vodka pizza is my favorite and the sauce on everything is homemade and fresh tasting. Quality cheese. Crust crispy but not burned at all. We have had it 4 times in two weeks now because it's THAT good.
The small was plenty of two people and the price is well worth the quality of food.

I absolutely love Fat Tony's. I have now ordered from there at least once a week since they've opened. The staff is great. The pizza is the best coming from Jersey I've been in is never ending search for good pizza and finally one opened right where I live. And it's awesome! I've also tried their meatballs and they are great. So far we've had Rigatoni w meatballs, a meatball panini , Stromboli , regular pizza , pepperoni pizza and the works pizza. Everything has been great! Must be the San Marzano tomatoes they use

Ordered 12 inch cheese pizza with pepperoni added and well done. Crust edge was thicker than expected and although sauce extended to edge, cheese didn't. Pizza was not well done, but tasted okay. I'll not order again from Fat Tony's.

I ordered the small cheese pie via Door Dash for pick up. The order was ready when I arrived and was helped right away. I was anxious to try the pie given the other reviews; my take on it was that the dough was bland, it needed a bit more salt, it had no cornmeal on the bottom of it, the sauce was nice, not too acidic and there was plenty of cheese. It tasted okay but it was nothing special. I also ordered a slice of chocolate cake; it was rich and it tasted fine, I believe it may be a Costco chocolate cake.
