I've never had a problem with starbucks always gets my drink correct. My mocha is special because I have it maa different and they always make it great.

Gross. The Safeway Starbucks is better. Fry's, every single time I have gotten coffe drinks there, taste absolutely awful. They also didn't line the cup with Carmel even though I paid extra for it. So that's fun. :/

Carmel ribbon crunch had no coffee in it. it was all milk and ice and very little caramel and no crunch topping. second order in a row that has been total cramp. Door Dash is too expensive to keep getting bad drinks from this store. I think I will pass on Starbucks for awhile.

Item was out and instead of telling me they just put a note in the bag to ask for a refund.. could have been totally avoided if they just told me that the item was out so I could pick something else...
