The matcha today was disappointing. I usually pick it up myself so if I need anything adjusted I can ask in person. Today I had to use door dash because I had to work early. My matcha was light green in color so I knew instantly it was not right . Also it was not filled up all the way . And the pumpkin bread I ordered I didn't receive . I guess they were out

Too watery, no butterscotch flavor, oat milk is in extremely traces quantity. Won't reorder

This is the second time the coffee was delivered, but the pastries were forgotten. Get it together Philz!
Not received: Twice Baked Almond Croissant & Mini Banana Loaf . Had to take the time to take a photo and report it to DD while coffee was getting colder.
Dasher had a second delivery and the car sat still 20 MINUTES at that stop before advancing to us!! Dasher DID NOT RESPOND to a phone call and two texts. POOR SERVICE!!
