The yellow fellow roll is drowning in a mayo sauce but there's nothing in the description about it. It tastes good but it's hard to taste anything but the sauce. On the other hand, the spicy tuna roll with green chile tempura has SUCH a great flavor. And no surprise sauce! But $15 for a basic roll is insane, having come from the Bay Area. That said, it hit the spot.

The Pad Thai is the best I've had in New Mexico. For a real thrill ride, go for the Double Thai hot.
