The chef's choice Santaku roll was one of the bet things I've ever eaten. The flavors were next level , the texture skillfully balanced, each bite was perfect.The half-eaten picture of it does not do it justice. My wife got a generous portion of the duck friend rice and shared some with me. The contrast of the savory duck, the sweetness of the sausage and the subtle earthy green goodness of the bok choy made for a not boring elevated fried rice. There's serious culinary talent afoot here. Five stars.
