I asked for medium rare steak, and it was way overcooked. In addition there's a guy who works there who is always on a power trip and so rude. I've been a regular and everything. When I went to pickup my order empty restaurant. He wouldn't even bring my order to me , he put it at the bar and told me you can come get it if you want. Will never order here again and customer service is terrible. I can see why it's empty, if you want Italian go to the north end. Hope the owner sees this, I order atleast 1-2 times a week and done. Most disrespectful experience I've had on DoorDash

New in Eastie I judge a restaurant on their takeouts, hence they are customers too. That being said my girlfriend and I will be coming back for both dine in and take out. Had steak, spicy mussels, steak and cheese sub. Look forward to trying the pasta next! Did not like the strawberry sauce for the mini salad though, other than that it was great

the Porcini Ravioli sauce was horrible. very sour and sweet. I've ordered this dish for2 years now and this is nothing what it should be. I couldnt eat the dish. very spoiled.

placed an order called the store directly, spoke with young lady on multiple occasions who told me that I could receive an order since I was unable to make the updates on the app. Specifically asked her to call me if there were any issues we spoke about it in detail, and yet they still sent the item incorrectly. It is really annoying. When you speak with a live person there's no misunderstanding, and they still can't manage to provide proper customer service.
