• 6/29/26I LOVE this spot. Owner/staff are very friendly, cute space. I always combine both Ube/pandan foam on my coffee. When you can't decide...get BOTH is how I see it. Never limit what the heart desires => Any choice on the menu is delicious it'll just depends on what you're feeling for the day! I'm here multiple time a week!

• 1/28/26This place was very clean, friendly, efficient, and fairly high-quality.
The boba tea tastes extremely fresh, and well made.
I will say it is a bit expensive and has terrible parking.
But overall 9.5/10 would go here again!
