• 4/6/26They always consistently give you smaller portions online. I almost reported it as missing chicken because I order double meat and only saw sofritas. It is 100% not double meat- more like 1/2 and 1/2- and I paid extra for that. Also, whenever I order a salad the bag always rips right through. This happened 3 times. They need to secure it better somehow.

• 6/14/26Getting chipotle delivered is always such a gamble. Today my bowl was very ingredient heavy (lettuce, beans, etc) but there was definitely a lack of meat which is unfortunate. It was a decently filled bowl which is rare. Kind of not worth it when you're paying for delivery fees and what not though.

• 12/3/25Portion sizes are very very inconsistent, one day I get a fully loaded burrito, the next day it's a glorified soft taco with 5 or 6 pieces of chicken in it. Taste is always there, but way too inconsistent with sizes.

• 2/23/24I paid $32 for a sale bowl with guac and faster shipping and they filled the bowl halfway. Not order chipotle again
