Both the Prime Rib Steak sandwich and salad were tasty but not worth the money overall. Very little steak was in the sandwich. It wasn't even a strip of steak...just little chunks. I won't order from them again.

As much as I have enjoyed Potbelly over the years in various locations throughout the US, today I received a sandwich that was below expectations. The taste was extremely bland, the caramelized onions were nothing more than steamed wet onions not giving you the flavor expected and the garlic aïoli either was not on the sandwich or it was mixed with so much water excess from the onions it may have just watered it down.
I will order again from here at a later time but they definitely need someone to review quality standards at this location.

Have had this sandwich before and it was great. The one I received today tastes spoiled, the meat just has an off taste.

I got an Apple Walnut Salad, it came without apples and without walnuts. It was almost entirely lettuce, with only a light sprinkling of the other ingredients. I also paid for double chicken, and it was pitiful. I also got a Potbelly Whole Pickle , and even that was incredibly bland.

We ordered the loaded potato soup numerous times but every time we just get potato soup, there's never bacon, onions or cheese included. The broccoli and cheese, soup and mac & cheese and chili are good. It's just disappointing that we consistently never get the toppings for the soup or they're never put in the soup.
