House Special Rice Cake | 潮州煎糕 is the bomb and tastes the same as it does at the original Tan Tan on Bellaire Blvd. It's a bit nostalgic because I've loved the taste of this dish for 30+ years.

Charsiu Wonton Noodle Soup | 鲜虾云吞面 is not good at all. The wontons had a terrible smell like it was spoiled. They forgot to add the extra wontons I ordered too. The egg noodles are of poor quality brand. The pork fat was not crunchy. The charsiu was the only good thing. They changed their sourced ingredients or are not keeping their ingredients fresh.

Broccoli Beef | 芥兰牛肉 - the beef was chewy with no flavor. The Chinese broccoli was cooked well, but no flavor. Sauce was very thin which I feel hurt the flavor.
Kung Pao Chicken | 宫保鸡丁 - too many items in the dish.
Vietnamese Fried Egg Rolls (5) | 越南炸春卷 (5) - very good!

I ordered the most popular beef and noodle dish this time. I should've just stuck with my beef and Chinese broccoli dish because it's way better. The beef and noodle dish that's most popular has most no flavor! Lol but everything else is good
