I'm sorry this pic looks unpleasant, but I was in the middle of having my brunch when I remembered to take a photo! Lol. These Enchilada are AMAZING, OMG. I grew up in Mexico food being from LA, but I've never tasted enchiladas with raisins in them! The slight sweetness it adds to all the layers of flavors is making my mouth salivate right now. I literally had to call my ex and ask him, "is this traditional?" He said, "Hell yea, that how my grandmother used to make them, that's how they're supposed to be done!" He was so jealous LOL.
