The Steamed Pork Liver & Kidney was well cooked with a soft, toothsome feel of the kidneys and an indeed tender liver. The dish is not strongly seasoned, with most of that flavor being pronounced in the ginger. The Marinated Pork Intestines are a downright delicacy, deliciously marinated and excellent consistency. A good value for both dishes and the vegetables within each dish are complimentary to the experience.

Chives & Pork Dumplings are HUGE and delicious, I dipped them in the Szechuan chilli sauce. Noodle Soup was also delicious and packaged separately. I got the spicy veggie broth with udon, double mushrooms, wontons (delicious too and good size) and beef. Everything was still really hot despite my dasher dropping off another order first.

I ordered 3 tubs of Congee each with different selections. Perfectly balanced flavors. Big portions with lots of toppings. I’m definitely adding King Noodle to one of my favorite restaurants in Seattle!

You get to build your own Noodle Soup - I had wontons, bbq pork, cabbage, bean sprouts with spicy szechuan broth. The broth is perfectly tingly and the pork and wontons were both very tasty. Chives & Pork Dumplings are big and chewy and flavorful. No sauce with the dumplings, was glad I had some in my fridge or they may have been a bit disappointing. Wonton Soup was some of the best I've had in Seattle, though it didn't have bok choy or green onions like I'm used to. Still would order again though.

Szechaun Style Beef was amazing! nice flavor and some heat. I could do a little more heat. And portion is small. Wonder if they have a large. The Lemon tea was the perfect drink to pick to go with this as well. Would love for that to be a large too! I can see myself doing a large of both as a frequent lunch buy given my experience today!
