It was all so good. The chicken Chick-fil-A® Sandwich Meal so fresh and the Chicken Noodle Soup was just right.

and unfortunately, this was not a good experience. The food did not taste fresh, the quality was not up to the usual Chick-fil-A standard, and I was very disappointed with my meal. I do not have a picture, but I am requesting a refund or credit because the meal was not enjoyable and did not meet expectations.
I normally expect better quality and service from Chick-fil-A, so this was frustrating. I would appreciate someone reaching out to help make this right.

This is the 2nd time this Chic fil A on Cleveland Avenue barely put hash browns in both my order. Looks like someone took the hash browns out and ate them, what.

I've bought and ordered frosted coffee here multiple times and never had a problem, not really sure what happened this morning but it tastes and looks horrible
