• 3/30/26YUME Hibachi was absolutely amazing with both customer service AND food! The food quality was amazing with plenty generous portions, and it is definitely a must try in El Dorado! Even though only have visited one time, it is worth every penny, and wait time!

• 3/14/26Amazing hibachi food, rice is always good, steak is always cooked well, and they have the best Crab Rangoon I've ever had. They're also very generous with portions. Will definitely order again.

• 7/6/26Steak was way overcooked. I ordered medium rare and got well over done. Shrimp were also over cooked and chewy. Rice is very bland.
