Honestly, the value of the food is pretty solid. You get a good amount of food. The proportions are pretty big for their prize and that's what I really enjoy. Everything tastes fresh like it was made as soon as I ordered it. My only problem is that it feels like the flavor is a little lacking.

So this is my first time ordering from this place. I love me some good hot pot. Everything is packaged neatly. I have my own plug-in pot to add the broth to and cook my meat. The only thing is is that the meats already came cooked, which is different but not complaining. I ordered the healthy herbs broth and it gives me a curry flavor vibe that I'm not big on. Definitely will try their other flavors.! overall I'm impressed!

I always order here almost daily at one point and it's great good portions def worth the money. HOWEVER lately my last few orders have been skimpy and just different from when I first use to order all the time.
Barely got any kimchi in the bento box there were no dumplings which I had order and extra order of Shumai and just placed them there. Even the rice looks less and less everytime I order now. Not a good way to hook up returning customers with lighter plates.

Meat was so tough, just not necessary to serve such a terrible cut of meat for the price- but, sauce made it a tasty bite . Would not order again.

First time trying them they forgot half my order that was clearly printed on the ticket and what was included was extremely over seasoned. Skewers were more seasoning than meat.
