I ordered at 9:15. But this location opens at 10am not 9am like door dash said. But the two employees when they saw me outside were kind enough to knock out my order as quickly as possible and then hand me my food. They apologized for the delay and it was not their fault at all. Amazing people and amazing food. Thank you for your kindess on a long road trip with my 3 lttke kids!

Tuna salad was swimming in mayonnaise. I asked for banana peppers and onions to be added, and there were two banana peppers sliced, and I found one sliver of an onion. Also, I received no pickle. The child's order came with no cookie and instead of chocolate milk for my grandchild he was given some kind of red sugary punch which he is not allowed to have. What a disappointment! We've never had such poor quality or messed up order from firehouse before before.

I disected the sub to see if I got what I ordered. Extra cheese, that I couldn't find. Mushrooms, I counted two, banana peppers I found maybe 3. Oil and vinegar, there wasn't a trace of it. But at least I got the double meat I asked for

The store was not tracking my order and told me I was at the wrong location. This was untrue. After I proved my order, they made the meatball subs. The meatball subs were a disgusting microwaved atrocity.
