• 8/9/26The pizza is super good, but to be honest, insanely overpriced. When I ordered a $30 pizza, I expected a lot more than this. Super good food- in my opinion not worth the price at all. You can get a pie like this for 15-20 dollars, and probably get more food for it. Still great quality though.

In Charleston, South Carola, D'Allesandro's Pizza is recommended by The Post and Courier and Charleston City Paper readers who voted it the best traditional pizza in the Best of Charleston 2026. At D'Allesandro's, dough is hand tossed until it's thin and bakes in a wood-burning oven until crispy and slightly charred. The Chauncinator is a top seller: a 16-inch pizza with red sauce, double pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, and fresh basil.

• 7/13/23Tasted like a frozen pizza. Doughy, floppy, undercooked. Toppings were just thrown on as an afterthought and fall off as your trying to eat it. Also not that warm (partially from being undercooked I'd imagine) and the pizza is too big for the box.

• 10/23/26They have the best pizza. The cheese, the crust... any say enough about it. And you MUST get the cheesy bread...a full order not half. OMG! I can taste it now. I want more!!

• 6/18/25It's okay. It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad. I ate half a slice before I was done. My husband had three slices. One nice thing is that we asked for garlic on our pepperoni pizza, and they put whole, roasted buttery cloves on it ❤️.
