I usually love this Sonic, but the last two times we've ordered from here, the burgers were old and burnt. Like they had been sitting all day, and thrown in the microwave before they sent them out, and the toppings weren't even put on one of the burgers we got last time. I can usually excuse one time, but twice in a row is showing consistency...

The shark bite drink doesn't really taste like anything special . I can't taste coconut . Cheese fries are rough .

Extremely late in making my food and most of my food today was either a little raw or hard and overcooked, which isn't typical.

The burger was incredibly greasy and tasted like grease too, the tots that were supposed to be part of the meal were absent, gone, not there.
The kids meal was a hamburger that they put cheese on and the fries were old, hard and zero salt, like eating cardboard.
The chicken sandwich was kinda old and dry but better than everything else.
The 3 soft pretzel sticks were inedible. They were dry and crumbly, no salt at all, basically unflavored breadsticks that tasted nothing like pretzel sticks usually taste.
Very disappointed and don't think I will order from this company ever again.
